Our programs do not include accommodation or food outside of the 5 in center vegetarian meals that will be offered on the days you are receiving therapy . Therapy days will include yoga or movement class followed by therapy and brunch or dinner. You will also have access to our pool for “ float integration” after therapy.
We would be happy to send you our recommendations list of accommodations near the center. There are a variety depending on your budget You will also receive a program listing types of food to eat,recipes and a guide to the town restaurants, health food stores ect.
