Our programs do not include accommodation or food.
Therapy days will include yoga or movement class followed by therapy. You will also have access to our pool for “float integration” after therapy.
We would be happy to send you our recommendations list of accommodations near the center. There are a variety depending on your budget. You will also receive a program listing types of food to eat, recipes and a guide to the town restaurants, health food stores etc.
